Not only is she creative, her innate understanding of business and marketing makes her an ace at brand analysis, user experience design, and design for business strategy.

With over a decade of agency experience, Jasmin has the expertise and knowledge for marrying a client's needs with creative solutions. Before becoming a partner in Whitewords, she was a private banker for over 10 years, handling high net-worth individuals.
Her big and bright personality belies her introverted nature because she is that consummate about her craft and believes in giving her best to her clients.

Sandy is the Executive Creative Director of Whitewords. Before bringing her meticulous leadership to Whitewords, she honed her skills at some of Malaysia’s most renowned agencies such as Grey, Publicis, Ogilvy, BatesCHI and Naga DDB Tribal.
She has worked on varied categories of brands ranging from Food & Beverages, Dairy, Automobiles, Insurance, Electronics, Telecom & FMCG. Her passion and craft also gained her recognition in Cannes and Adfest.
Good is finding the balance of being a team lead and experiencing the joys of being the "Best Mum in the World" to my kids.

After graduating from the University of Birmingham with a Bachelor of Science Business Management, Second Class Honours (Upper Division), Stacy spent a short stint in government service before venturing into the creative world of design, publishing and now integrated marketing, taking on a role in account management.
She has since developed mad skills that help her see through the completion of projects of varying complexities for clients across industries. From real estate developers, financial institutions, medical and healthcare providers to government agencies, there is no challenge that she is not up for.
Life is about enjoying and seeing value in the work I do and also having the time to pursue personal interests.

Jasmine started off as a lithographer at Sixty-Sixty Lithographic Pte Ltd for over a decade before tackling a completely different career path at MIMS Pte Ltd in the production department in Print and Press.
She enjoys cooking especially Hakka cuisine, baking, cafe hopping and binge-watching dramas in her spare time. For her, work life balance is about prioritising her time, setting regular work hours and knowing her peaks and troughs.

Xiuhua spent over 13 years servicing and helping Pharma companies develop materials that engaged both patients and physicians in bettering patient outcomes. She was involved in managing and innovating one of Asia's largest multi-channel healthcare professional platform and network- supporting Pharma companies moving into digital engagement and equipping Doctors with scientific learning digitally.
As a strong believer in metrics that matter and an expert in devising customer-centric strategies for deeper HCP engagement through digital frameworks, she brings her immense knowledge, experience and talents regarding all things Pharma to Whitewords.

As a medical writer with more than a decade of experience, PubMed* is Ruth's playground, and distilling key messages from highly scientific manuscripts to create engaging materials for physician and patient audiences is her game.
Her strength is in breaking down complex jobs into practical bite-sized steps and she has a wealth of experience in providing editorial support for events, congresses, scientific symposia and advisory board meetings across different therapy areas. For her, 'good' is defined as leaving a situation or place better than she found it.

Brian received his Advanced Diploma in Visual Communication after attending Raffles Design Institution (KL). To pursue his passion for design, he worked in the advertising industry for a year before attending Middlesex University (London) to get his Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design. He worked with notable clients such as Starbucks, Brand’s Essence of Chicken, EcoWorld, BMW Finance and Legoland Resort Malaysia.
When he is not working, he spends his time travelling, cooking, gaming and watching movies.

Rachel earned her Advanced Diploma from The One Academy before obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Graphic Design from The Royal Academy of Art (Netherlands). Working abroad in Singapore and the Netherlands has broadened her perspective and is what sets her apart from her peers.
This multidisciplinary designer’s strengths lie in creating artwork that is refined and brings inspiration to daily life. She believes work life balance is equal part working hard and playing hard. She has collaborated with notable clients such as Cisco, Starhub, Orange, CyberSource, and Enagic.

Storyteller, award winner, digital maven
Foong Mei is our award winning resident animator and digital artist at Whitewords. She studied in Ravensbourne, London and received the Commended Award from RSA (Royal Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce) in 2015.
She worked with BBC Radio 4 on one of their broadcast programme, “A British History in Weather”. Straightforward and outspoken, she loves to tell stories in moving form and claims that colours are her best friends in her storytelling process.
Being "good" is sharing the knowledge you have openly. Work, life, balance is feeling happy going to work and enjoying personal time after work.

A happy-go-lucky person who loves to put others before her, Deena graduated with a Bachelor of Multimedia (Hons) Media Innovation from Multimedia University, Cyberjaya.
With experience in publishing and events, she is organised and detailed in everything she does. Designing brings colour to her life and is her passion. She finds joy in outdoor activities and planning random trips. It pulls her back down to earth to enjoy the wonders of life outside.
